Who we are

Mabiat Advisor Marketing helps financial advisors in the United States find new clients.

Financial advisors are money experts. They help people who are close to retiring, or already retired. These people want to know their money will last. They want a steady paycheck after they stop working.

Advisors are great at helping people. But finding those people is hard. That's where we come in. We find people who want help, and we book a meeting for them with an advisor.

What we do, step by step

Here is how it works. You are step 3.

  1. We run ads

    We show ads online to people who are near retirement age.

  2. People raise their hand

    People who want help fill out a short form. Now we know they are interested.

  3. You call them Your job

    You call each person fast. You ask a few easy questions. If they are a good fit, you book a meeting on the advisor's calendar.

  4. The advisor meets them

    The advisor talks with the person and helps them make a plan for their money.

What you will do each day

  • Call new people as soon as they fill out a form.
  • Ask simple questions to see if they are a good fit.
  • Book meetings on the advisor's calendar.
  • Send reminders by text so people show up.
  • Call back people who missed a call or a meeting.
  • Write short notes in our system after every call.

What you will NOT do:

  • You will not sell anything.
  • You will not give money advice. The advisor does that.
  • You will not cold call random numbers. Every person asked us to reach out.

What you need

  • 4 or more years of work experience.
  • You know the basics of money and retirement, like savings, 401(k)s and annuities.
  • You speak clear, easy-to-understand English on the phone.
  • You can work 8 hours a day during U.S. business hours.
  • A computer, a headset, and fast, steady internet.
  • A quiet place to take calls. No loud noise in the back.
